SATURDAY; BEANS-CHICKEN-PORK RIBS-BRISKET-CHEF CHOICE
ALL ENTRIES WILL BE $20.00 PER ENTRY
PLAQUES WILL BE AWARDED SATURDAY TO THE FIRST, SECOND, & THIRD PLACE
WINNER IN EACH CATEGORY. SHOWMANSHIP WILL BE AWARDED TO ONE TEAM
ALL THE PROCEEDS FROM THIS EVENT WILL GO TOWARDS PRESTON "BONES" GOTT  MEDICAL  BILLS
1.   This is a NON SANCTIONED B~B~Q  COOK~OFF.
2.   Teams will consist of CHIEF COOK and up to 4 team members. 
3.   Cookers may set up and pay entry fees on Friday from 4 p.m.-9 p.m. Do not set up without         talking with  Tina, Dan or Jeromy. (There is no charge to enter the Showmanship)               4.   The categories to be judged are: Brisket, Pork Ribs, Chicken, Pinto Beans and Chef Choice.
5.   Meat check-in will begin on Friday from 4 p.m.-9 p.m.  
6.   NO pre-cook or seasoned beans. YOU can pre-season your Brisket, Pork Ribs, & Chicken.
7.   There will be a Head Cook’s Meeting at 8:30 a.m. Saturday.
8.   Turn in Times are Saturday:  Chef Choice @ 12 p.m.; Beans @ 1 p.m.; Pork Ribs @ 2 p.m.;      Chicken @ 3 p.m.; Brisket @ 4 p.m. 
9.   Cookers are responsible for all equipment and supplies and provide their own generator if         needed. Campers must supply their own electricity.
10. The Fayette County Fair Association and DNT Trade Days will not be responsible for any           theft or damage to equipment.
11. Fires must be wood or wood substances. No electric or gas fires. Only beans will be allowed      a burner. Holes or dugout pits not permitted.
12. The chief cook will be responsible for the conduct of his guests and team members.
Team Members are Responsible for CLEANING UP THEIR AREA, AND PUTTING THE TRASH  IN THE DUMPSTER BEFORE LEAVING
